Our factory specializes in spring mattress manufacturing, starting from raw material selection to the precision forming of springs using state-of-the-art and high-efficiency machinery, with a production capacity of more than 300 tons per month.
Raw Material Selection & Spring Production Process
Our production begins with the careful selection of high-quality wire, ensuring the right balance of carbon content, tensile strength, compression, and tension resistance. We source wire from both domestic suppliers and international manufacturers to ensure optimal performance of our formed springs.
We manufacture coil springs for use in the furniture and bedding industries, with wire diameters available in 1.80mm, 2.00mm, 2.30mm, and 2.40mm. The height and firmness of each spring can be customized according to customer specifications. The flexibility, softness, and firmness of each spring are adjusted using expert calibration to meet different requirements.
Our Specialized Production Process
1.Coil Springs
The production process starts with feeding the selected wire into spring coiling machines to shape the springs. The ends of the springs are heat-treated and looped using modern automated machinery to enhance durability. The finished coil springs are then bundled into 13kg packs and stored for delivery or further assembly into spring frames.

2.Bonnell Spring Frames
Our factory is capable of producing a variety of Bonnell spring frames with different wire thicknesses and row configurations, ensuring the perfect structure for mattresses. The semi-automatic assembly machines arrange the coil springs in rows and secure them with helically laced wire, according to the required width and length. The frame is then reinforced with border wire and V-shaped shock-absorbing springs that the factory developed itself, enhancing structural integrity and edge support.
3.Pocket Spring Units (4”, 7”, 8” Thickness)
Pocket springs are barrel-shaped springs designed for individual movement and pressure relief. Typically, they are made with 2.00mm wire to provide a softer mattress feel.
The production process begins with automatic pocket spring coiling machines, where the springs are individually formed and encased in non-woven spunbond fabric, preventing friction and allowing each spring to move independently. The pocket springs are then aligned into continuous rows and assembled into custom mattress sizes using precision pocket spring assembly machines.
